According to Tim Matthews, who has spent many decades as an Advisor in the Non-Profit space, the Will is one of the most important documents you’ll ever create in your life, up there with your marriage certificate and birth certificate.

And yet, 1 in 2 Australians don’t have a valid Will.

Solicitor, Martin Collins explains why the Will is so important:

“This is the way people show or express their care for their loved ones and those people around them ... People put a lot of time and effort into building their life … The Will is the way of passing it forward, for those people you want to benefit.”

We know that many people have questions about the process of creating or updating a Will, so we invited both Martin and Tim to answer some of the common ones. We’ve put together a free webinar that covers why the Will is so important and how to approach yours.
